I was dis­ap­pointed with the qual­ity of this pan. The metal is fairly light­weight, not the chinzi­est metal I’ve seen, but only a notch above, and a far cry from pro­fes­sional weight stain­less. How­ever, there are no sharp edges or roughness.

Because it is not a high qual­ity pol­ished stain­less, it isn’t the eas­i­est to clean. Also there are lots of seam areas that are hard to clean. That said, I am using this muf­fin pan because I don’t want to use any non-stick prod­ucts in my home.

5 Stars Healthy Cook­ing in Style!
I have been look­ing to replace all of my cook­ware and back­e­ware with stain­less steel for health rea­sons. These muf­fin tins are not only high qual­ity but healthy and durable!

5 Stars 6 cup cup­cake pans
When we ordered them, we made a mis­take. We assumed and you know what hap­pens when you assume, that, since they were 6 cup pans, they were for Texas-sized muffins, not regular-sized cup­cakes. When they arrived, we real­ized that they were sim­ply half-sheet cup­cake pans, mak­ing 6, instead of 12, regular-sized cup­cakes.

Since their brand and con­struc­tion is iden­ti­cal to the 12 cup bak­ing pans we have and like, they should be as good as those but, since we have no use for half-size cup­cake pans, we gave them to one of the local church kitchens.
