1 Star THIS IS A MINI PAN
BEWARE!! This is a MINI pan NOT a reg­u­lar size pan.. The descrip­tion SHOULD SAY THAT!! Too much of a pain to return..but NOT WHAT I THOUGHT I WAS GETTING!.

Great pan. It is really nice since the cups are smaller then the 6 cup pan. Cooks evenly.

1 Star This Popover Pan Stucks
It worked for a few times at first. And now it’s vir­tu­ally impos­si­ble to remove stuck popovers from this pan. It’s the gra­cious replace­ment pan from Williams Sonoma after the first pan hope­lessly clung to each popover too. The instruc­tions were fol­lowed to the let­ter with the same stuck results. It appears the “non-stick” fin­ish might dis­ap­pear with use. Veg­etable spray and chunks of but­ter as directed didn’t resolve the issue. Per­haps there is a pick and shovel popover removal tool that should be included. Will return it.

1 Star Sil­ver non-stick coat­ing all over my popovers
I bought two of these pans in 2006. I have only used them about five times. I made a batch of popovers for Thanks­giv­ing and when I removed them from the oven one batch ‚in one pan, was stick­ing a bit and when the popovers came out of the pan so did the sil­ver non-stick coat­ing from the pan all over my popovers. I had thor­oughly but­tered and then lightly sprayed the pans with Pam before fill­ing them. I had pre­vi­ously owned the William Sonoma pans and I thought these were going to be good but you cer­tainly can’t be eat­ing non-stick coat­ing, Uck. I am going to send the pan back but now I’m wor­ried about using the remain­ing pan.

This is a nice heavy duty popover pan. Clean up is a breeze. You can’t go wrong with Chicago Metallic.
