5 Stars Green with Envy!
I LOVE these pans! They are the best non­stick pans I have ever used. Incred­i­bly easy to clean — they wipe clean! The cook very even and I can set my burner on a lower tem­per­a­ture than with most pans. I’m going to get a set for my mom for Mother’s Day! I will be buy­ing more to add to my col­lec­tion. I love the “grill” pan too! Cooks turkey bacon like nobody’s busi­ness. I’d highly rec­om­mend these pans.

5 Stars Great Pan Set, but be Care­ful
I bought the sin­gle skil­let from Tar­get and returned it because it didn’t have a lid and none of my lids would fit on the odd size open­ing. Then I bought the set just so I could get a skil­let with a lid. My expe­ri­ence is that both the big and small skil­lets are excel­lent. The third pan in the set is a large skil­let with raised ridges to make it a pre­tend grilling pan. Frankly, that pan is a joke, but it works well for those moments when you need a sec­ond large skil­let. The steamer bas­ket is ade­quate when perched on top of either skil­let. Han­dles aspara­gus very well. The fit of the bas­ket into the skil­let isn’t com­pletely tight, so add a bit of extra water to cover vapor loss. I have seen many com­plaints about this prod­uct else­where about the skil­let los­ing its non-stick abil­ity. From what I can see, most of those com­plaints come from folks who either left an empty pan on the burner or who put the pan into the dish­washer. Don’t do either one of those, and you’ll be fine. The coat­ing on the pan is slip­perier than teflon. I don’t rec­om­mend putting the pan in the oven even though the instruc­tions say that you can. The han­dle will dis­color which is aes­thet­i­cally unap­peal­ing, but harm­less. All in all, I highly rec­om­mend this set. If there were a green pan wok with a lid, I’d buy it in a moment.

I pur­chased these pans for $35.00. When I wanted to buy another set for my daugh­ter the price dou­bled. This is a great set with a true non stick sur­face but I cant see pay­ing twice the price within 3 months.
