Prepare fruit salads with yoghurt. It is fast, easy, tasty, unusual and, most importantly, useful. Almost all women simply adore fruits, and fruit mixes, combined in salads with tender yogurt, will delight them.
Fruit salads with yogurt should preferably not be served in ordinary salad bowls, but put, for example, in half of fresh pineapple, carefully removing and using the pulp, or in the halves of the mango, taking out the pulp with a teaspoon. If there is no desire to tinker – put the fruit salad in high kremanki and be sure to decorate. To do this, fit mint leaves, orange peel, lemon or lime, finely cut with chips, grated chocolate or crushed nuts. Do not forget that the success of fruit salad depends largely on the type of slicing.
Fruits for salad do not need to be cut too finely. Fruits can be cut using a special vegetable cutter, giving them the shape of cubes with a wavy edge. Try to at least slightly dry the pieces with a napkin to remove excess juice, since yogurt can exfoliate.

- 1 banana,
- 2 kiwis,
- 2 tangerines,
- 1 orange,
- 100 g of natural yogurt.
Banana cut into slices, kiwi quarter-circle. Gently divide the mandarin into slices. Orange also divide into slices, if possible, separate the film and divide the segments into three parts. Debate with a napkin, since the juice of orange and mandarin should not get into yogurt, otherwise it will curdle and the dish will be spoiled. Fold the fruit assortment in a salad bowl, pour in yogurt and mix thoroughly (preferably with a spoon made of non-oxidizing material).
100 g of red grapes without pits,
4 tsp cane sugar,
yogurt – to taste.

Thoroughly peel and cut the kiwi. Wash grapes and dry them. Oranges clean and disassemble into lobules. Combine all the ingredients, season with yogurt and mix. Put into a salad bowl and sprinkle with sugar. Before serving, let the salad sit a little.
