How to make a milky-pumpkin cocktail with spices
Peel the pumpkin from the peel and seeds, cut into pieces and fold into a small saucepan. Add a cinnamon stick, a Illicium and a pinch of nutmeg. Pour hot water and cook for 12-15 minutes until soft.

Lay the pieces of pumpkin in a blender and whisk until smooth, then add milk and honey, whisk again. Ready cocktail pour into glasses and garnish with cinnamon chips.
