A light celery salad with carrots and apples is the perfect complement to meat or fish.
- 150 g celery root
- 150 g carrots
- 1 apple
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- olive oil
- yogurt to taste
For filling this simple and tasty salad we used thick homemade yogurt, sour cream is also suitable. Instead of dill, you can add other herbs, and olive oil can be replaced with fragrant vegetable.
How to cook celery salad with carrots and apples
Spoon an apple on a special grater for Korean carrots in a suitable bowl, add lemon juice. Also rub the remaining ingredients and add to the apple. Finely chop the dill and lay out the rest of the ingredients. Salt and pepper, season with olive oil and mix. Spread the salad in portions and add yoghurt.
