INGREDIENTS

  • 400 g shrimp tails
  • 2-3 avocados
  • bunch of lettuce leaves
  • 1 tbsp. l lemon juice

for sauce:

  • 150 ml homemade mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. l tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp. l wine vinegar
  • ½ chili pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • ½ tsp paprika

Medium- or small-sized boiled-frozen shrimps are best for this salad. You can adjust the amount of hot pepper and garlic for the sauce.

How to cook a salad with shrimp, avocado and spicy sauce
Place the chili slices, garlic, paprika, vinegar and tomato sauce in a blender. Beat everything until smooth, then add mayonnaise and beat again.
Avocado cut into slices and fields with lemon juice. Add the torn pieces of lettuce and peeled tails of shrimp, gently stir and field the sauce.
